Raw peanuts go through stone removal, cleaning and shelling in one continuous line, less manual loading and material transfer.
✔ Remove stones before shelling to protect your sheller
Stones, soil clods and dust are eliminated in advance by the destoner, avoiding damage to the shelling roller, reducing wear and maintenance cost.
✔ Adjustable throughput: 800–1500kg/h
Stable continuous working capacity (with guaranteed quality: breakage ≤3%, shelling rate ≥98%): 800kg/h.
Max short-time feeding throughput up to 1500kg/h under ideal raw material condition: well-dried peanuts, few stones and uniform feeding. Kernel breakage will rise if running at 1500kg/h continuously.
✔ Good shelling effect & clean kernels
Model800 peanut sheller delivers high shelling rate and low breakage rate. After processing, peanut kernels are clean and ready for oil pressing.

Suitable for dried in-shell peanut pretreatment, oil raw material processing. Layout can be adjusted according to customer workshop space.
