This integrated peanut destoner and shelling machine combines gravity stone removal, peanut shelling and air cleaning all in one unit. It solves the common problem that ordinary shellers get damaged by stones mixed in raw peanuts.
Raw peanuts often contain stones and clods. If fed directly into normal shellers, the hard stones will wear out the shelling rollers quickly. Our machine uses gravity separation to discharge heavy stones and impurities before shelling, greatly protecting your machine parts and extending service life.
After destoning, peanuts go into the shelling chamber. The built-in air blower separates peanut husks, dust and bad nuts automatically. Clean whole peanut kernels come out directly without secondary cleaning.
