Model 80 Wind Separation Environmental Vibrating Screen is integrated cleaning machine for oil mills, grain depots and seed processing plants, combining vibrating sieve and air winnowing system.
It adopts double-layer drawer-type pull-out screens. The upper screen removes large impurities like straw and stones, the lower screen sifts fine soil and broken grains. The pull-out design makes mesh replacement fast and convenient for different materials.
With adjustable-speed fan to separate light chaff, dust and shrivelled seeds. Dust collection bag is equipped to contain dust, no flying dust for environmental protection. Four-corner shock absorption springs ensure stable and quiet operation.
Available in 220V / 380V power supply options with durable copper motors. The feeding hopper has adjustable feeding speed to control screening precision.
It can process rapeseed, sesame, soybean, sorghum, sunflower seeds, wheat, rice and other grains & seeds. Stable working capacity: 800–1000 kg/h, ideal for small & medium oil mills, farms and grain stations for raw grain pre-cleaning. Carbon steel welded frame for solid construction, packed in export wooden case.
